Trump voters on gas prices and groceries: two very different views

One observer expects gas to drop before elections and vindicate Trump. Another believes voters were simply angry, not focused on prices at all.

People who voted for Trump for cheaper gas and groceries. How are you genuinely feeling about his presidency today? That group is hiding.

A predicted pre-election drop

Gas will drop 15 cents before the elections and they'll come out in droves because he is delivering on his promises.

Anger as the real driver

I really and truly and honestly believe they didn't vote for those things. They voted because they're mad. Just mad. Maybe at prices, maybe at foreigners, but just mad. And, you know, I think they're still probably mad.

Two interpretations

One group expects a temporary drop. The other still sees voters driven by anger.
